General Maintenance

 

If you are having difficulty operating anything in your apartment please consult the articles and manuals on this website.  If you believe the equipment is faulty or are still having difficulty then contact The Hamptons Apartments Guest Services by selecting 'Request Help' from the menu at the top of this website.  Alternatively email [email protected], call 03 9279 7250 or if the front desk is attended, ask our friendly Guest Services Agent.

 

Please note for regular maintenance, office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.  For emergency maintenance outside of these hours please see below.

 

Emergency Maintenance

 

If you require emergency maintenance assistance out of office hours, please call the office on 03 9279 7250 and follow the prompts to be connected with our on-call emergency maintenance personnel.

 

The following matters are defined as emergencies requiring urgent after-hours assistance:


• Burst water services;
• Blocked or broken toilet systems;
• Serious roof leaks;
• Gas leaks;
• Dangerous electrical faults;
• Flooding or serious flood damage;
• Serious storm or fire damage;
• Failure or breakdown of any essential service or appliance for hot water, water heating or cooling;
• Failure or breakdown of gas, electricity or water supplies;
• Any fault or damage that makes the premises unsafe or unlivable.
