To operate the Cooktop select the desired setting by turning the knob for the hot plate you wish to use.

To operate the range-hood, pull the range-hood out and towards you. The switches for the light and fan are located at the rear right of the unit. Always use the range-hood exhaust fan when using the cooktop and oven to prevent fire alarm system being activated. Failure to do so may result in the MFB (Melbourne Metropolitan Fire Brigade) attending and additional charges may be incurred.

To operate the oven turn the temperature dial to the desired temperature and the selector dial to oven or grill, and set the timer for the length of cooking required. If you don’t wish to use a timer please turn the dial to the left which will allow you to cook for any length of time. The oven indicator light should come on when baking or grilling.
