Checking out of The Hamptons Apartments is easier than a hotel. Just drop your apartment and garage keys in the box in reception.
Check-out time is by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Our cleaning team will enter the property at that time to prepare it for the next guest.
If you have paid your security deposit via credit card, we will refund it to the same credit card. For security purposes, security deposits paid via credit card will only be refunded to the credit card used.
If you have paid your security deposit via bank deposit please provide the following details:

The apartment will be professionally cleaned and a vacate condition report completed after your departure. The security deposit will be returned as soon as possible following completion of this process. We will try to return your security deposit as soon as possible but it can take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
If you are expecting mail sent to The Hamptons and would like it forwarded please contact Australia Post to arrange a mail redirection.
If you are currently having a regular housekeeping service please note, to minimise costs to yourself for unnecessary services, we have cancelled any housekeeping service that is scheduled 3 working days prior to your exit date. If this arrangement is not suitable please advise guest services.
