Owners Portal in RMS

 

The Owners Portal in RMS allows owners:

  • View confirmed reservations

  • View length of stay of current and departed reservations

  • Owner statements

  • Update the portal password. 

 

This will replace the emails you are currently receiving advising of new reservations and departure dates. 

Log In

Your log in details are your email address for owner statements and correspondence.  Your password will be sent to you by separate email and, for security purposes, we recommend you change this. 

 


 

The Owner Dashboard

 

This Dashboard is not working at this time.

 

Availability

This chart shows the property and the current availability - a solid line indicates the property is currently occupied or booked.

 

 

Reservations

 

This shows the current arrival and departure dates of the inhouse guests and the number of nights the booking is for. 

  • Arr = Guest has Arrived/Checked In.  

  • Dep = Guest has Departed

 

 

It is important to note that the departure date is not set - many of our guests are on tentative vacate dates which means, depending upon their contract, they are required to provide 7, 14 or 28 days notice to vacate the property.  

 

You can select the time period from the calendar in the top right hand corner.

 

Owner Statements

 

Corporate Keys will no longer be sending out owner statements as these are available on the portal after the close off of each month once payment has been made.

 

You can select a period and unit then Build to see the requested statement. 

 

 

Invoices

The invoices portal is not currently activated.

Profile

Personal Information 

You can see your personal information on this tab.  Please advise us by email at [email protected] if you wish to update any of this information. 

Change Password

We suggest that you change your password to ensure security of your data.  The updated password is not available to anyone at Corporate Keys.  Should you lose your password you will need to contact Corporate Keys on [email protected] and we will reset this for you.
